As we are all aware of the serious problem of global warming – the greatest threat to human survival in the near future – reducing greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has become an urgent problem for the world community. Planting trees may be one of the best methods today to slow today’s climate change with it’s currently rising temperatures on earth. Thats why we start the Trees4Bali Project.

Trees provide so many benefits to our everyday lives. Trees help clean the air we breathe, provide fresh drinking water, absorb harmful carbon from the atmosphere, help curb climate change, and create homes for thousands of species of plants and animals. Planting a tree can help save the Earth from deforestation. In addition, trees support poor farmers, who are involved in our projects.

Trees4Bali is the only online platform where you can have someone plant a tree for you. As an environmental charity, we’re on a mission to make it simple for you to help the environment by planting trees! All planted Trees by Trees4Bali are photographed, geolocated and monitored over time.

Your tree sponsorship has a direct impact on the earth and lives of the people who need it most.

But our project is about much more than just compensating for CO2, fight against deforestation and support biodiversity.
Another important part of your tree sponsorship is to support local people and to help poor farmers to generate an earn extra income (from the fruits of the tree).
Each sponsored tree is (on request) provided with a small board on which the name of the Tree Sponsor is immortalized. So you and your donation will always be remembered, e.g. a mango tree can get over 300 years old.
